What the hell does required volunteerism mean? -- FORCE SERVITUDE!
In other words he is "requiring" every American to volunteer to be a slave for the government.
Next time you see Rahm, ask him why he didn't volunteer to serve in the U.S. Arm forces, instead opting to serve in the Israeli military. Ask him, why is he still an Israeli citizen. Ask him, where does his real allegiance lies - U.S.A. or Israel?
