Freedom Liberty News: BART Cop Arrested in Oscar Grant Case

Former BART Officer, Johannes Mehserle, 27, who fatally shot an unarmed Oscar Grant, 22, on New Year’s Day, has been arrested in Nevada on suspicion of murder.

BART officials said no one told them about the arrest and were surprised when they found out about it.
