Greenspan says Fed Reserve is not answerable to U.S. Govt.

Alan Greenspan says Fed Reserve is an independent agency and it is not answerable to U.S. Govt (7:20). Ironically Greenspan also says that fraud is destructive to families (6:36). Those who are knowledgeable of the truth know that the Federal Reserve is fraudulent because it is not a "Federal" agency but a private bank own by international bankers.
