Is the US Government Killing it's Own Soldiers?

This news item is a shocking story about how the US government is killing it's own soldiers, by giving them shot of a vaccine that is causing severe reactions and illnesses.
How can any civilised government do this to it's own people.
Just imagine the horror they are inflicting upon the people of Iraq.
